By purchasing and downloading any tweak pack from Kaizy Tweaks, you agree that the product is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or repackaging is not allowed.

2. No Guarantees
These tweaks are provided as-is. We do not guarantee performance improvements, compatibility with all systems, or specific results. Use them at your own discretion.

3. Limited Support
We did not build the tweaks ourselves. We will ensure you get access to the files and offer basic support to help you apply or roll back changes. We do not provide deep troubleshooting or custom fixes.

4. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Digital products cannot be refunded or exchanged once downloaded.

5. System Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your system matches the tweak requirements. We are not responsible for issues caused by applying tweaks to unsupported setups.

6. File Access
If your download link does not work or the file will not open, contact us at kaizytweaks.contact@gmail.com or reach out through the Discord server (linked on the "Discord" page). We will make sure you get access.

7. Intellectual Property
All branding, visuals, and site content are owned by Kaizy Tweaks. Do not copy, clone, or reuse without permission.
